The skies, with us

We celebrate the reactivation of charter flight series

Today we would like to share some good news. After months of standstill due to the coronavirus, when airlines had to ground their fleets and our activity was almost exclusively restricted to private flights, we celebrate the reactivation of our charter flight series for tour operation programs.

So, at the end of July our charter series got back to the skies, when an Embraer 195 operated by Air Europa carried British tourists eager to spend their holidays in Mallorca, one of the most desirable and safe destinations in the Mediterranean.

To preserve the safety and wellbeing of passengers, airlines have implemented exceptional hygiene and prevention measures, both on board and at the airport. These protocols, prepared according to the instructions of EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), make flying one of the safest and certainly the most controlled means of transport.

Although this has been an unusual and notable year for the tourism sector, which has been particularly hard-hit by the pandemic, we are confident that demand will recover as the situation normalizes, both locally and globally.

At Europair we are carrying on with our work with the same enthusiasm and willingness as always, organising charter flights so that tour operators can keep taking their customers to their favourite destinations, and helping airlines to take off and fill the skies once again.
