On November 12th, 2025, the Europair and Air Nostrum teams came together to celebrate yet another year of a collaboration that, after more than 15 years, continues to grow and strengthen.

We chose a very special setting for this day full of teamwork and fun: an agrotourism estate and riding school located in a spectacular area in the heart of Mallorca.

The morning kicked off with great energy. We split into groups and faced four challenges designed to foster cooperation, agility and, above all, laughter. For some, it was their first time on a horse!

Some surprised everyone with unexpected riding skills, while others discovered they were better suited to caring for and grooming the horses—keeping both feet firmly on the ground.

After the adventure, a tribute to local gastronomy awaited us: a lunch of traditional Mallorcan dishes, sharing stories from the past, ideas for the future and, of course, toasts to everything achieved.

Because beyond numbers, projects or goals met, this day reminded us of something essential: the relationship between Europair and Air Nostrum is now much more than a professional partnership. It has been built over time, becoming a shared story with a touch of family.

And we are convinced that the best is yet to come.
